Overall Satisfaction with Arcoro HR
It was historically used with our company as our benefits elections portal. It was a good step for us to take toward eliminating the need for paper. They also have EDI feeds to the majority of our carriers eliminating manually entering data once an employee is hired or terminated. It was also nice because we can run reports showing different populations of elections or elections census as we move into renewal time.
- Easy to use for employees
- Easy to process new hires and terminations
- Detail view of exactly what coverage levels and costs will be for employees - very important so there are no surprises.
- EDI's generally work but there are times when someone doesnt end up on a feed for whatever reason so I do have to add manually. Less than 5%
- Wish it integrated with our HRIS system to receive the employee information upon hire
- Overall support: never knew who to get ahold of for troubleshooting. i joined mid year and was hoping for a orientation to the software but taught myself instead. if there was a dedicated account rep (there may be) who reach out to schedule time, that would be great.

It has been a positive impact on the business. Finance is able to go into Arcoro and pull census data when they need it.
