ARchitect is a "CRM" for analyst relations (AR) professionals who work with IT industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Ovum, et cetera). ARchitect is used by the AR team frequently throughout every day to manage current and future interactions, check on past interactions, conduct individual and mass communications, run analytics and reports, generate briefing books for internal stakeholders, and so on. Business problem solved: juggle many interactions with many analysts.
- Effective user interface that makes finding information and using various functions fast
- Analyst and firm database is updated on a continuous basis
- Eliminates many emails between AR members because the information needed is quickly available through ARchitect
- For our use case, the isn't any functionality or changes needed. It has been fine -tuned for 14 years so it is incredibly robust.
- ARchitect is a "force multiplier" permitting a small AR team to handle many more analysts and many more products
There is no equivalent to ARchitect on the market. We, like many AR programs, used Excel spreadsheets and Word docs before getting ARchitect. Those general purpose tools are sub-optimal for AR management.
