Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We currently are what I call an "Articulate Shop." While we have other tools at our disposal, we gravitate to Articulate because of ease of use. We have a small group of developers, most of whom use Articulate Studio. A couple of us use Storyline 2. We often work with teams of subject matter experts and one of the things that Articulate 360 will address for us is the ability to review and pilot drafts of content without posting it in our LMS. This is a HUGE win for us, as most of our content needs to go through at least 8 end users before we launch it organization-wide.
  • Responsive design - we need to keep it simple and not tackle a steep learning curve.
  • Articulate Review - the collaboration tool is awesome!
  • Studio 360 - we need to leverage the skills we have and not tackle a steep learning curve.
  • Yearly cost could be a barrier down the road. We'll need to see about that.
  • Ability to add more users on a limited budget.
  • Integration with our LMS may be a problem (it's old and clunky) but we haven't fully tested this yet.
  • Quicker turnaround time.
  • More ability to get creative and design outside of the box.
This is really the first tool like this we've evaluated.
The collaboration abilities of Articulate Review are what we are really hoping to leverage. With most of our content, we aim for at least 8 end users to test the content, from how well it aligns to policy and procedure to how it works on the various devices within our organization. We're currently doing this type of review in a very haphazard way and this will allow us to gather more feedback from more users before unleashing a course.
