Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
I use Articulate 360 daily within my organization to create all of our online learning content. I primarily use Storyline 360 to create our courses, but within the last year have been developing more and more Rise courses as well. I then use Review to review the courses with my SME's for edits and re-writes prior to distributing through our LMS. I am the only user of the program within our facility.

- Review feature just had annotations added, but could use a bit more improvement

I use Storyline, Rise, and Review on a daily basis. I find them great tools to use independently or together. I have found instances where I have been able to use each product independently. But find it exciting when I can find uses for blending them all together. Creating a rise course and embedding some storyline boards in or adding in various coding blocks
I’ve been using the AI feature to help me generate quiz, content, including and more importantly, the feedback for the questions. I’ve also been using the AI feature to help me strip out content from previously recorded voice overs, and then using it to regenerate text to voice using AI. It’s been able to allow me not to have to rely on a voice actor having the same sound throughout a course. I now have that solidified using an AI voice

we did not purchase extra support and the reason for this was that we did not have it in our company budget to be able to require it. However, I have found that normal support through my license has been very adequate.
Yes - Yes any bug I submitted has been responded to, and I have either been informed how to solve this solution or I’ve been told how they will work to fix it in the future.
