As Articulate 360 Transforms...
Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
My team develops self-paced e-learning solutions using the Articulate 360 platform. We primarily use the Rise, Storyline, and Review functions as well as the teams slides.
Pros
- I love the blank slate in Storyline that allows me to freely design. Other platforms have limitations
- Articulate 360 has a wonderful community and the challenges are great ways to upskill
- Articulate 360 has excellent training and the webinars are exceedingly helpful
Cons
- The template library is dated. Articulate 360 has improved so much over the years and the template library should demonstrate the new features
- Articulate 360’s AI function did not generate diverse photos. One time, I asked it to do a multicultural group and it literally just cut off the heads of the characters
- Local events would be amazing to further build community
- Articulate 360 reduces time
- Increased participation via microlearning
I utilize Storyline the most, but Rise is also a wonderful tool my team loves. The experience has gotten better over the years. When I first started you had to use complicated triggers to do so many things. Lately, there have been amazing updates that make designing and development easier and more efficient.
I like the updated voices and blue descriptive each label is. The voices rival well said and if my agency chooses to use then will revolutionize how we add nuance. The only criticism is that it does not do well with generating diverse images unless you specifically name the races you want to see.
