Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We primarily use Articulate 360 because it is user friendly and enables us to develop courses quickly. This is very important to us because our learning and development team is in high demand and Rise allows us to make the most of our time.

Pros

  • Screen recordings
  • Mobile device consideration
  • User support and community

Cons

  • Spell check
  • Table usability in Rise
  • More robust video editing tool (able to add overlay items like arrows etc).
  • Ensure compliance
  • Fewer injuries
  • Better service
I use Review with my subject matter experts all the time to review courses we develop in Articulate 360. We also use Peek and Replay to make screencast videos of software training.
It's easy to use and widely used across the industry. If you're going to spend time learning a tool, this suite will give you the most transferable skills.

Do you think Articulate 360 delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Articulate 360's feature set?

Yes

Did Articulate 360 live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Articulate 360 go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Articulate 360 again?

Yes

Articulate 360 is great for someone who is new to eLearning or is not particularly tech-savy. It is our primary tool because we employee a lot of people that are not strictly trained in eLearning development. My main complaint with it is that images (especially screenshots) often become blurry when uploaded. Also, Replay is extremely limited. I wish there were more options for adding elements to a video for educational purposes (like callouts and arrows).
