Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

Articulate 360 is used for creating eLearnings and microlearnings in my organization. The courses range from required mandatory trainings to on-demand as a refresher or professional development.

  • Wish Articulate 360 had a design tool with suggestions like powerpoint
  • It has definitely made trainings more accessible
  • Free up time and man power for instructed lead trainings.
  • We have been able to increase our offerings on the LMS
We use Storyline 360 for eLearnings . Both Rise and Storyline are used to create microlearnings. Review 360 is used for our stakeholders and leadership to give feedback on our projects before being saved. We then generate a SCORM file to upload to our LMS.
We only had a few weeks to test it out. Some things worked others did not and created a crazy picture (i.e., people with missing heads) However we have requested our leadership purchase this feature so we can use it in our trainings.
It’s pretty good but at times it starts to run slow and even freezes and I have actually lost work. I now constantly save my projects while working on them just in case. I have even experienced the triggers not working properly after doing so previously a couple of minutes to days ago.
It is better for content authoring and we can upload the SCORM file directly to our LMS.

It has worked great for my business needs just will like the voice and AI feature to improve which I am sure it will overtime. We used Ispring before and many have said Articulate 360 is better. It did not take long to get familiar with and we are always learning. Especially with the triggers to get the function we want. We do this a lot of times as a team because we are better able to figure out how to solve a problem together.
