Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We build training and videos on accounting software for end users and implementors.

Pros

  • Capture software for videos
  • Easily create interactions

Cons

  • Reduce the amount of processing and memory needed to run and work in the product.
  • I’d love to see styles so I can easily set things like font and colors once and use them everywhere.
  • Easier software video creation
  • Ease of maintaining and updating videos
Right now we mainly use Storyline and Review. We publish from Storyline to video to create software demo videos and training videos. We use Review for SME review and copy edits.
I have not used it yet, but am interested in using it to create assessments.
It can be clunky if you don’t have enough memory and processing power. Also it does not work well with cloud storage products.
The main reasons we went with Articulate 360, ease of capturing software for demos and sims, ease of learning the tool, and it is an industry standard tool.

Creating elearning for publishing to SCORM and capturing software screens for videos. It struggles with any output besides SCORM. The only option I have for content that is not going to an LMS is video.
