Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

I build e-learning content to create reusable learning solutions. Mostly focused on customer support and operations opportunities.

Pros

  • Interactive learning content
  • Quick to learn
  • Professional appearance

Cons

  • The design of storyline is dated
  • Storyline sometimes has hiccups when using multiple features
  • The jump between rise to storyline is massive, could use a misstep
  • Accessible and repeatable course creation
  • Collaboration in a remote work environment
  • Intuitive design feature
  • Evaluation of course success
I mostly use Rise and Storyline, often in tandem. Rise is easier for those with less experience in instructional design software but Storyline in more robust for design and interaction needs. I like to put Storyline blocks into Rise to keep it accessible to the majority of my team while still using the functions of Storyline.
I haven't been able to use the AI assistant due to organizational limitations.
Rise would be a 10/10, but Storyline is dated in its design and is a steep learning curve as people get into it.

I have taught many people who are just moving into the L&D space how to create content, articulate, specifically Rise, is a great introductory product to get them working in econtent quickly and confidently, also it has a lot of collaborative functionality that I appreciate.
