Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use Articulate 360 to author eLearning for external clients. Articulate is great at helping us author courses and learning activities efficiently and effectively. We have over 100 courses we use Articulate 360 to author.

Pros

  • Formatting
  • UI
  • Flexibility

Cons

  • I'd like it to be easier to rename variables
  • Sometimes the format painter doesn't function properly - it can be buggy
  • Importing from PowerPoint could be improved with respect to using company formatting to overwrite the imported PowerPoint
  • I would really love the ability to import a rise activity into a Storyline project
  • Reduced time for development
  • Much more accessible course creation
  • Templates make designing more consistent between all team members
Using Review 360 has been a game-changer when it comes to having SMEs review our learning. They have been able to comment their suggestions/reviews in real time and it has reduced time waiting on them for review in some cases.
I absolutely love the AI voices in the AI narration assistant. Also, using the create quizzes or summaries is also extremely useful for reducing SME review time. I can create quiz questions with AI and then send those over for review instead of coming up with questions myself or waiting for them to develop the quiz.
It is so easy to use once you learn some of the basics. The E-Learning Heroes Community and the Articulate 360 users webinars and training videos are super helpful for a new person.
