Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We create elearning using Articulate 360 for a variety of audiences and to reach a wide range of employees across the globe. Elearning is essential because we are a huge, global company. It's an effective way to reach all our audiences.

Pros

  • Creating complex interactions using variables
  • Very user-friendly
  • All-in-one tools, you can do so much with them

Cons

  • Media library - always glitches and takes too long to load
  • Next/prev trigger creation being more intuitive, like make a shortcut to adding navigation triggers for slides automatically (i.e. following a rule)
  • Rise 360 has random times when the blocks don't cooperate, less glitchy would make me more confident in using this tool for more projects
  • Less spending on instructor-led training
  • Allowed our workforce to transition to virtual environment
  • Better tracking of employee/learner data
I love Articulate Review, Rise and Storyline 360. I use them regularly and it serves all my business needs.
I have not used the AI assistant yet. I am looking forward to trying it soon.
It takes creativity to make a good lesson, Articulate 360 gives you the tools but many features can go unused if you are not aware they are there. It has taken me many years to get to my proficiency and my coworkers are not up-to-date on the new features. Need a better way to tell people about the new features.
Articulate beats them with everything except for the quick, intuitive video editing in Camtasia

Storyline 360 is good for creating anything you want. I use this for all courses that need to track quiz data, have more complicated interactions or combinations of video/quizzing/content slides. It is not the best suited for rapid design or making widespread changes last minute (thanks SMEs!) when there are more involved variables involved. Requires a lot of testing with our LMS to make sure it's working right. Rise 360
