Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Articulate 360 to create security and compliance training. The product allows us to create user-centric engaging learning experiences for what are not always the most popular topics. The training I and my team create is rolled out across the entire company + contractors c.140K people.

Pros and Cons

Pros

The Rise UX/UI is excellent
Support - Articulate 360 support has been very helpful and prompt
Creativity - the templates in Rise are really varied and prompt ideas e.g. using the quotes template for other purposes

Cons

Offer Storyline for Mac!
In the review tool, it's not easy to see where the comment applies to. Reviewers end up putting in screenshots and this is a bit cumbersome.
That's all I can think of.

Return on Investment

Decreased training costs (as opposed to using vendor training)
Engaging course content leading to increased security awareness leading to secure behaviours
Allows us to be compliant and thus increase customer trust as we hold their data

Comprehensive Platform

I use mostly Rise, Storyline and the Review tool. Unfortunately being on a Mac limits my Storyline use but my team use Windows so they do the Storyline builds.
