Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

I use Articulate 360 to create and publish interactive training modules. We create training modules and programs for new hires and for ongoing training and development of your existing staff. The interactivity offered by Articulate 360 is unmatched.

Pros

  • Interactivity
  • Gamified quizzes
  • Easy to use design templates

Cons

  • Managing courses with tons of variables, maybe a label on the slide showing where variables are used
  • Decreased time to launch training course
  • Easy to send courses for review to stakeholders
  • Review360 is great for feedback
The main app I use is Storyline for course authoring. I have recently started using Rise. I love being able to translate Rise courses easily to Spanish and the built in Spanish labels. Review is great for getting feedback from project stakeholders and love that they don't have to log in to review.
I have not used AI Assistant YET!
Once you know what you're doing, you have everything you need. There may be a learning curve for IDs new to Articulate 360 but the time spent to learn is well worth what you're going to get out of it.
No interactivity in Premiere Pro and the finished videos often end up in an Articulate 360 course.

Articulate 360 is great for online training, especially where interactivity or tracking is required. Some tracking options are difficult to use in LMS as some do not read the completion pass/fail triggers or have limited reporting in the LMS itself.
