Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

Storyline and Rise are our main eLearning development tools. I also use Peek for quick how-to videos for my team. I really appreciate Team Slides and Storyline blocks as a way to share what we’ve created and create consistency across projects.

Pros

  • Trigger-based interactivity
  • Quick to update and publish to different standards
  • Translation is easy

Cons

  • Versioning Rise for audit - currently requires publishing to PDF and adding info about updates outside of the tool. Would love a hidden block for this that would print to PDF!
  • Accessibility- would like some built-in question types that include screen reader instructions.
  • Since we don’t have a sandbox for the systems we train, Articulate 360 simulations have provided us an opportunity to provide practice. We have improved speed to reaching our quality standard with a redesign using these tools.
We use Review not just for reviews, but also for facilitators of blended training to have easy access to see the eLearning without having to register in the LMS. We also make sure their Review version has open navigation.
I haven’t used AI Assistant yet so I cannot provide meaningful feedback here.
So easy to learn, and the triggers are built with natural language logic. The results look and function well.

Articulate 360 has a great blend of being easy to learn and get started as well as potential to use in many ways.
