Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

I create LMS and interactive program simulations. It allows us to go hands on with our products and services without the employees or clients needing the materials or programs in front of them. Being able to transport workstations, programs, and best practices to anyone in the world in a moment has been a game changer for us.

Pros

  • The programming to be able to recreate programs

Cons

  • The ability to choose the size for blocks in Rise instead of it auto sizing
  • Ability to integrate other stock sources into Articulate 360
  • Being able to download, store and use User Generated content/templates
  • Unlimited ability to create content.
  • Streamlined and reasonable turnaround times for projects.
  • Constant improvements and growth within the Articulate 360 ecosystem.
The ability to create a Storyline project, which is more robust and technologically advanced than PowerPoint or most other systems, then export it and embed it in a Rise presentation has been wonderful. These systems communicating so seamlessly with one another means its easy to create live and current content testing in a flash and get it sent to members as quickly as possible.
Not experienced with it yet, but that will change soon.
With the eLearning Heroes and community resources, I know there is nothing too far out of reach or ability. The system is well designed, intuitive, and very friendly for experimentation. Those benefits allow nearly unlimited freedom to express ourselves and speak to the members who need the training. The ecosystem being so straightforward to use also means it can quickly update and send out information.

So far it has been a perfect fit for our training, learning and development needs. We can scale and customize it many ways to get be able to reach the right audience, in a format and "language" they understand best. Having those customization options allows me to create content for all of our factories, corporate office, and external clients.
