Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use Articulate 360 for course creation, using StoryLine, Rise, and Review. Our courses range from leadership competency programs to onboarding to process/product changes. Our Learning Solutions team is responsible for the learning solutions for the entire organization.

Pros

  • It works well with content from Microsoft 365 files.
  • Creating backup files of published courses has been a lifesaver more than once!
  • Integrating Storyline and Rise features in both platforms.

Cons

  • More graphic options in the media library. I rarely use them and depend on other image sources.
  • Make media content available in vector format that can be customized for company brand colors.
  • Empowers our Learning Solutions team to create effective content that impacts our company's goals and success.
I prefer Storyline because it allows me to make more visual and interactive content, but most of my team uses Rise to create courses efficiently. We use Review 360 to collect and track feedback throughout the development process. I'm planning to make a pitch for my company to subscribe to the AI Assistant feature ASAP.
I have not personally tested out AI Assistant, so I can't speak to this.
My biggest issues with Storyline are the app crashing when trying to change out videos and the corruption of files when opening from cloud storage. Even my desktop is synched to the cloud by my company.
I use all of them in the creation of a single course.

Having the option of Rise for quick development and Storyline for more advanced functionality makes Articulate 360 extremely useful for our needs. Having an AI help option would be fantastic. I engage in the Learning Heroes Community, but it can be time-consuming to get the responses I am looking for. Would love to be able to ask, "How do I...?" and have step by step directions generated along with appropriate video tutorial links like I get with CoPilot.
