Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

I build completely online courses for the USCG for the maritime law enforcement division. We address training deficiencies in the field that are left over from a dispersement of service members that have no access to this same course at the same period of time. These courses are then backed up through surveys.

We pretty much can’t. The USCG has not allowed us access to the full suite. This has been a point of contention for a while. They say the other software has not met their security. This is definitely a larger conversation to be had. We are not even allowed to download your pictures.
Faster creation is importantly to we can become more proficient at the content. It almost looks likes if we have no choice in this matter. The presentations we receive are on using AI. However, we are definitely crippled in using some of the tools you all provide us. Thank you.
Solid software. Industry standard with a useful interface that seems familiar form the gate. However asking us to use tools in PowerPoint and then comeback is not acceptable. I cannot cut and paste from ppt pictures nor does it interface with an option to paste style from ppt to Storyline.
Articulate 360 is usable. Easy to learn. Captivate is like learning to walk. Nothing is intuitive and you have to just keep trying stuff to make it work. It also takes much more effort to make anything happen in Captivate rather than Storyline. Articulate 360 is friendly to may staff trying to get up to speed.

This program suite is well suited for government military courses where we need hundreds of servicemen to take the courses while they are located all across the world. We also have had great success in using Review 360 for our clients to pretest our work to provide immediate feedback. It is hard to go back and edit courses built on older versions of Articulate 360.
