Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use it to create eLearning with Storyline and to send review links to SMEs. We are just looking into how we want to use Rise but we haven't started yet.

Pros

  • Very user friendly
  • Story mode layout is great
  • The included options in the player like the Resources link and the way the menu is generated
  • Doesn't crash (like Captivate)

Cons

  • You need more options to put layers into folders like with Adobe products
  • Things get weird sometimes when I put them in groups. 50% of my problems with targets and disappearing items come from grouping things
  • It's more stable and less time is wasted compared to our other/older options.
  • We can do a lot more with less with this product.
I haven't used anything together except for the Review tool and Storyline.
More stable and user friendly than Captivate. Storyline has improved a lot in the last few years. I feel like I can now do nearly everything that I did with Flash back in the day.
More stable, better tools, easier to use.

I love it. It has come a long way and fixed many problems since I started with it 4 years ago. I've been trying to get more people in my organization to start using it.
