Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

Articulate 360 is a suite of programs that allows us to create on-demand training that is both interactive and visually appealing. It does not require programming knowledge, but does allow for branching scenarios. It also allows us to address folks with multiple devices on both desktop and with mobile phones.

Pros

  • Branching scenarios
  • Visual scenarios
  • Guided e-learning

Cons

  • Less of a memory hog
  • Easier to pick up and use
  • More versatility in Rise
  • Allowed us to cut down on in-person training
  • Allowed us to deliver mobile ready e-learning
We create in either Storyline or Articulate and then distribute via an LMS like Panopto or Oracle. Articulate puts it in a nice convenient zip file which makes it easy to upload into our SCORM compliant LMS. Both Storyline and Articulate support this which helps out a lot and makes it easier on the team.
I have not had any experience with the AI assistant, nor do I intend to use it.
It is easy to use but I did need to take additional training to fully experience the capabilities.

Do you think Articulate 360 delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Articulate 360's feature set?

Yes

Did Articulate 360 live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Articulate 360 go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Articulate 360 again?

Yes

Articulate 360 has both Storyline and Rise so it offers a variety of e-learning options. Rise is better for quick e-learning and Storyline is better for guided and branching scenarios that are more interactive. I like how Rise is formatted for multiple devices so I can create one thing and then it’ll work across multiple screens and resolutions.
