Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
We use Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) to create all of our eLearning modules. It helps with micro-learning and getting all content down to our users in a easy and fun way.
Pros
- The blocks are easy to use and provide several great options
- Customizing settings is made easy, especially with latest updates
- We enjoy the shared workspace
Cons
- When in the All Content tab, I wish you could only see the most active modules. Currently I create different folders for live and archive and would love to have it just show the most active.
- We love that all members of our team can now have the ability to edit and collaborate on the same module. What would make it even better is if you could see all modules owned my each member of your team, especially as a admin for the team.
- This has helped decrease costs
- Has cut the development time in half
We tend to use Rise and Review the most. Storyline isn't as intuitive but has a lot of great features. We more recently started to use Storyline to create video templates (vertical) with a request to produce more Tik Tok style videos. All of our learning is created in Rise which we typically will customize images and transitions to create more visually appealing components.
We haven't dived into AI Assistant quite yet but are excited to use in the near future. We tend to have quick turnarounds and asks, so this will be beneficial for us. Also, we're looking forward to see the localization add on as well.
We haven't used a different product in the past.
