Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I manage and create our certification program that includes 58 training modules. I have used Articulate products for about 13 years and recently I moved all 58 modules from Storyline to Rise. I appreciate the ease of Rise and the ability to publish my scenarios from Storyline into Rise. I recently had an interview with Articulate employees on ideas and suggestions I have about the 360 suite. The review process and versions in Rise make tracking suggestions and changes easy.

The version tracking is Rise 360 makes it very easy to see changes over time.

Comprehensive Platform

I use Storyline, Rise and Review. Storyline is used to create my module scenarios which are then published to Review and then placed into Rise. The ability to work across the different Articulate platforms makes using Articulate products so easy. The new AI text to speech and image generator makes personalizing my courses efficient and very professional looking. I cannot imagine using a different product to create my training modules, Articulate is top notch.

Integrated AI

I haven't used the AI assistant to create courses, I'm old school and prefer to create my modules from scratch, but I definitely see the benefit of using AI for this. I do use other AI features within the Articulate products and appreciate the ease of use and personalization that AI provides.

Usability

For me Articulate Storyline, Rise and Review are super easy and efficient. I think any new training developer that begins with Rise and eases into Storyline will appreciate the useability and efficiency that Articulate products provide.

Alternatives Considered

Lectora

For me, since I had used Articulate prior to using Lectora, I found Lectora to be very archaic. It was cumbersome to create triggers, and I had issues getting my scenarios to play correctly. My company switched to Articulate after my request, and I was able to recreate all of our modules into Storyline. Now I am able to manage our scenarios with efficiency and ease. Articulate products are intuitive and very easy to understand.

I've been using Articulate for about 13 years and it has continually improved over the years. I appreciate all of the updates/changes that have occurred. For me, Articulate products are super easy to learn and use. The more you use them the better you become. When I began my current job the training modules were in Lectora, which I found to be extremely archaic and cumbersome. I was able to get Articulate and transferred all 56 modules over to Storyline because it is so much easier to use. I recently moved all of my modules over to Rise and use Storyline to create the module scenarios. It works like a charm. I cannot imagine using a different application to do what I do.
