Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use Articulate 360 to build custom courses for our clients. We are training specialist in on the job training and e-learning tools. We have customers in manufacturing industries as well as health care and banking.

We use all the Articulate 360 apps. More likely Storyline and Review, because our customers need to have interactive courses with narration. We love Rise for it rapidity, but our customer don’t because the audience have poor reading skills. We need to adapt on what the need. The review collaborating tool is working very well also.
I have not use the AI companion for the moment. We have regular standard license and we are waiting today to see if it values. We have seen the translation function, and the image generation who seems to be interesting for or type of project.
Super easy to operate, all my teamates are using it. They have learn it by themself a couple years ago. We do a 16 ours training to our new employee so they can get onboard.

Rapid learning to explain content, then have a scenario and a quizz.
We use it to explain how the manufacturing equipment are working. We also use it the have health and safety orientation trainings. And finally for corporative content as Ethic, harassment or any Hr theme that needs to be communicate.
