Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

I am the sole trainer for our CRM package, Salesforce. I use Articulate 360 to share policies, train tech items and tools as well as soft skills training.

Pros

  • It's easy to use
  • The quick relation to LMS
  • Shoot excited to use the localization tool.

Cons

  • Guided prompts with package.. like, ai knowledge articles, how do I???
  • Maybe online support like a chat or a dedicated rep
  • Increase in compliance
  • Increase in adoption
I currently only use Articulate 360 Rise. But very excited to explore Articulate 360 Storyline.
I am most excited about using AI to personalized the learning experience and make it personal to the company that I work for.
I am in a learning phase. Everything i turn around I'm learning something new that I can use
