Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

Create online courses to train end customers in our products. As we well worldwide, there is a need for user training all around the world, but it's not feasible to conduct face-to-face training, as we don't have the manpower to be in all places. Online learning allows us to bridge that gap.

Cons

  • More options for the viewer, to customize and differentiate it
  • Not resizing photos when copy and paste... sometimes this is ok, but other times it's not
  • Increased our training revenue
  • Allow us to train customers worldwide
  • Ensure our dealers are trained and can sell properly
I use Review to have my colleagues vet my course before publication. They don't have Articulate 360 installed, nor are they experts in online learning. By using Rise, I can simply send them a link and they can provide feedback on the course, before I finally publish. We have not used the AI Assistant yet.
I have not used AI Assistant yet, it is not feasible for the type of content we are creating.
Articulate 360 is easy to use. If you are familiar with PowerPoint, then the learning curve is not that steep when using Articulate 360. The ability to create triggers makes it very logical to setup, almost like software programming. And Javascript integration allows further customization.
I have not used any other software programs.

The biggest thing is that Articulate 360 allows us to create interactive online training, rather than just uploading a video. The buttons and interactions allow us to engage people, ensure they are not bored and also reinforce learning concepts throughout the course, rather than just have a test at the end.
