Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

I create modules for healthcare staff. We focus on compliance issues, on the job training, new process and procedures, orientation, onboarding, urgent issues (falls, needle sticks etc). From food services to physicians out education reaches a diverse group within our organization.

Pros

  • Rise 360 is sleek and easy to use
  • Review links are well liked by SMEs and our IDs
  • Ease of use
  • Auto save with Rise 360

Cons

  • Incorporating some more simple aspects that PowerPoint even has. I.e background removal, AI template pop ups on the side.
  • It would be nice to have a little at to change the font with a click throughout the entire project
  • Auto save for SL
  • Update the Quiz program - I can’t think of what it’s called. But it looks outdated and doesn’t upload into SL very nice.
  • I don’t know much about the metrics
  • It makes creating training for efficient with our small group - 3 IDs for a company of 10k+ employees
I have used SL and Rise the most and haven’t ventured out to all of the other options. They both work wonderful with our own LMS Cornerstone. If I remember, Articulate's LMS wasn’t as robust as we needed it to be.
We unfortunately don’t have/use this.
It’s very easy to use and between Rise being more simple/quick and SL being more robust there are always options for us to make the necessary training.

I love it for creating all types of training - I can switch from Rise to SL depending on the type of training. It would be cool to make infographics too - maybe implementing a more Canva like option.
