Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use Articulate 360 for all our content creation. Love how Articulate 360 creates all purpose training materials. Robust with branching so small differences by market are embedded in one training. We build training for new hires and annual requirements for over 4000 employees. Then Rise is our go to for quick trainings on needed in the moment topics.

Pros

  • Branching for market differences.
  • Quick editing and redeployment of SCORM when policy or regulatory changes arise.
  • Rise is great for quickly deploying content.

Cons

  • More robust AI features to help with scenario learning.
  • More options and voiceovers for scenarios within Rise.
  • Coach or chat bots embedded in learning with anchor points to refer to courses.
  • Decreased training costs.
  • Decreased training time.
  • Higher engagement with content.
Storyline and Rise to create content/ content development.Review to collaborate and review content as a team. Publishing to PDF for SME or regulatory review. Publishing to SCORM for LMS deployment. Course authoring and deployment into the LMS is smooth and easy for the team using the apps available through Articulate 360.
Easy to use.

The instructional designers friend. Builds content beyond the PowerPoint and brings training to life. Storyline for more robust training and Rise for quick learning deployment. Deploys SCORM content right into the LMS. Easy to
update and redeploy. Can use a variety of slides, interactive activities, videos, and scenarios. Great platform for building content .
