Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
We use Articulate 360 to create and publish all our e-learning courses in Tech Ops’s Training at United Airlines. It is easy to use and it is SCORM compliant with our Cornerstone LMS. It has the interactive features and options to create blended curriculums as needed.
Pros
- The use of triggers to create interactive learning
- The ability to use java script to customize special functions
- Easy to use and learn
- Easy to publish to review sites and to LMS
Cons
- I wish it has compatibility with MAC devices
- The audio tool could have some more realistic voice options
- The feedback site could have more advanced markup tools

My colleagues are using Rise more than I have and they are really receiving great feedback. I have not yet explored anything outside of Storyline. And our company (United Airlines) currently has the AI features turned off.

Articulate is the only one I can use to do e-learning courses that and publish to SCORM to be hosted on our LMS.
