Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis

We use Ascentis as our HRIS/Payroll system. It is used by both HR and Payroll departments. It is also used by employees as employee self service system.
  • Ascentis has a top notch customer service
  • The system is customizable to our needs
  • They listen to their clients for suggestions and improvements
  • HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, Recruiting are fully intergrated
  • The company provides regular educational webinars and news updates
  • A few minor things within the HR system could be improved but it's not a deal breaker
  • When we initially implemented Ascentis, we gained 40% savings in fees as compared to previous vendors. And, their pricing is still extremely compatible.
Pricing, system capabilities and customer service with Ascentis were the most critical components of our decision to implement with them.
