Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Ascentis is being used across the whole organization. Almost every employee uses it for their timesheets. HR (my branch) uses it to keep track of potential employees that have applied to open requisitions. We use it quite a bit in HR.

Pros and Cons

Keeps track of new applicants and statuses as they go along the hiring process. This is great because it streamlines the on-boarding process for us.
Allows each employee to use the timekeeper so we can keep track of hours worked, etc.

It would be very helpful if Ascentis displayed the pay that employees receive so they know what to expect when payday comes.
It would also be good if the accrued PTO were visible to employees.

Ease of use for sure--it's easy to figure out which tabs and buttons to push to get you where you are trying to go.

Likelihood to Recommend

Ascentis is not a place employees can view their past timesheets or pay amounts. This would be a nice thing to be able to use for employees. Ascentis is great with the whole hiring process from posting requisitions all the way to hiring the applicant.
