Overall Satisfaction with AT Internet

It is being used for web and application analytics within the b2b segment. We are using it to track the usage of a marketing platform and for specific user interactions such as downloads, sharing, etc.
  • Secure Cloud within EU.
  • Transparent product and direct contact to the vendor.
  • More integrations into other platforms.
  • Not feature complete in comparison to GA or Adobe Analytics.
  • Very good pricing compared to the features.
  • It takes long to bring in the data scientist into the "world of AT Internet."
On average, there is a very fast reaction for support. But live chat is missing.
AT Internet is not one of the big five, and also not Adobe. We don´t want to share this data with those kind of companies. GDPR compliance at its best!
User tracking and analytics for EU customers, especially for customers highly concerned about data protection. Good price value relation. It can be used as a data lake for tracking information without sharing the data with the big five.
