Overall Satisfaction with AT Internet

We use AT Internet with Google Analytics to measure the KPI of our websites.

Pros

  • Page analysis.
  • Data modification.
  • Reports.

Cons

  • Configuration of custom dimensions.
  • Combining those dimensions in reports easily (UX / UI).
  • Reports sometimes take a lot of time to load.
  • The tool is expensive compared to other on the market.
  • There is a need to have a better integration of the in general with a TMS.
  • Integrating the business objectives to the reports of AT Internet.
The support has always been the best part of AT Internet. Solution-oriented, time-saving, very available and reliable. I am very happy with the tremendous help the support team gave me regarding different subjects: data extracts, tag control, and audit. I am more than happy to say that this is the best support I had online.
Well AT Internet was a good choice for one of the brands we manage. Though at a group level, AT Internet costs too much to be considered. Also, AT Internet integration didn't meet the requirements for integration and flexibility that we had with other tools on the market. They fit more of our needs.
AT Internet has been really helpful when trying to understand the navigation paths of our users and understanding the user journey, it has also helped us generating automated reports to our en users. On the other hand, the tool is not easy to use compared to others on the market and our end users weren't keen to use it.

Thanks to unified data model that is currently being deployed and is already exploitable, you can combine all of your standard properties (over 450+) and create up to 1000 active custom properties. - Thanks to the evolutions mentioned above, you can now add several properties to an analysis in Explorer, and either save the analysis as a view or send it to Data Query or a dashboard in one click. Everything is now interconnected and very flexible. - The whole tool is now based on scalable technology, therefore the performance levels are now second to none. - AT Internet tagging can easily be deployed in Tealium, Commander's Act and Google Tag Manager, and can also perform additional soft tagging in the data management section, by directly editing the processing rules.
