Overall Satisfaction with Atlassian Confluence

ConneXon teams uses Confluence as collaborative tool for documentation.
  • I used some wiki tools through my many years of experience but Confluence is the best.
  • The product has nice features, a ton of add-ons and great support.
  • In my opinion the right tool makes all the difference. It's nice to see skeptical users changing their mind and saying "I love this tool".
  • I love the fact that you can paste images on documents instead of uploading.
  • The biggest challenge that I found on Confluence was migrating contents from other Wiki tools. There's a tool to assist with the migration but depending on what you have the results are not best.
  • Better documentation
  • Better collaboration between teams
I used Sharepoint, TikiWiki, DokuWiki and MediaWiki through my many years of experience but Confluence is my favorite.
The tool is very easy to use and it has tons of add-ons.
Atlassian is always working on new features, so in my opinion it's really worth renewing.
I would strongly recommend it for teams and companies that want and need better documentation.
