Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Atlassian Confluence in my organization mostly for storing test data that needs to be accessible to a broader audience, for writing test cases and writing documentation for specific flows.
I also use Atlassian Confluence when needing to gather older test data that is available on there, or to recall test results from previous iterations.

Can be overwhelming for a beginner in Atlassian Confluence to work with all the tools and integrations, especially in a already highly customized environment

I give this rating because for the use cases that I am using Atlassian Confluence, it does it's job very well, and I can enjoy all its functionalities.

Atlassian Confluence is very well suited for writing documentation, test cases, guides, proof of concepts, test plans, storing test data, where Atlassian AI Intelligence can help as well (their AI sollution).
It has a lot of customizations related to rich text, and also integrations with multiple applications (Jira of course, Microsoft 365, Tempo Timesheets, Azure Devops, AI and many more).
