We use it to improve communication, document management, and knowledge sharing. Confluence acts as a central repository for all types of information. Teams can create, edit, and organize pages for project documentation, meeting notes, knowledge bases, and FAQs. Confluence enables real-time collaboration on documents. By integrating Confluence with Jira (another Atlassian product), teams can seamlessly link project plans, requirements, and tasks to actionable items.
