Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

We are using ATask enterprise wide, now several months into the implementation and it's starting to catch no fire. Adoption is increasing and users via our train the trainer model are "getting it" and starting to self organize. The process has been very exciting to watch as is the potential to innovate a 30-year old company.
  • IT has integrated AtTask into all level of project management.
  • Marketing is using AtTask for all management of content and media creation, and will soon be using it to manage all approvals and speed delivery of marketing products.
  • Accounting - will be managing A/P vendor issues, and trouble accounts in A/R. Tracking all issues and using AtTask's collaboration tools to share updates with Sales and Customer Service teams.
  • More specific support to integrating and optimizing the use of the products.
  • Positive - Engagement is relatively easy and natural, just takes times.
  • Positive - ROS - Excellent, time savings is significant.
We went straight to AtTask, as MS Project failed as a product and was never adopted.
We have been very creative with the use of AtTask and surprised at how flexible and adaptable it is. We look forward to AtTask strengthening workflow tools.

Workfront Implementation

We have implemented and integrated Workfront into three departments (R&D, Marketing, and IT). All have experience overall performance gains in productivity. R&D has developed a record number of new products, while streamlining and reducing workloads. Complex projects are now easily managed and delivered. Marketing has expanded the management of media and collateral, implemented more campaigns and increase brand value. IT projects are all now visible and managed. Helpdesk is being converted to the system allowing for better visibility and management of day to day requests from our growing company.
