Overall Satisfaction with Audiense

We are an agency so use this tool alongside other research tools to provide digital insights that our clients can use to increase the effectiveness of their marketing strategies. This has allowed us to uncover valuable insights around potential and target audiences or uncover niche audiences that our clients weren't aware of.

I have used a few audience insight tools but I find Audiense has a large mix of data within one platform. For instance, IBM Watson, Demos, Social Listening, Hashtags. It is great to have a lot of insights about an audience in one place to have a holistic understanding.

This is a great tool for any business in my opinion. I have used this
for commercial clients (B2B) as well as Non-profts but I feel this could
be for a range of businesses as the insights are so vast. I have used
this to find niche audiences for clients in order for them to target
messaging to specific audiences which are more likely to engage with the
organization. I have also used this for competitor analysis for
smaller/newer brands that need some insight as a place to start by
looking at their competitors in order to start building their own
