Overall Satisfaction with AutoCAD

AutoCAD is used for the development of architectural and interior projects, to represent plans in 2d, detailing furniture and construction elements, among others. It is widely used with main software among architects, engineers and designers and for this reason it is always better to operate through it to exchange files between teams.
  • Work with layers.
  • 3d representation.
  • Commands and shortcuts.
  • Software price.
  • Tools usability.
  • Files size.
  • Boards creation.
  • Resources download.
  • Interoperability between Windows and Mac.
AutoCAD is more complete and offers more resources in general besides the great majority of professionals in the market using it, which facilitates the transfer of files between teams without any problem and the learning of the software that remains very similar in years. It already does several 2D and 3D functions and for this reason it ends up being the most suitable for not working with many software.

Do you think AutoCAD delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with AutoCAD's feature set?

Yes

Did AutoCAD live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of AutoCAD go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy AutoCAD again?

Yes

AutoCAD is suitable for creating robust projects that will require interoperability between teams and that need to use common software and AutoCAD ends up being the most used in the market. When it is necessary to create a project that integrates 3D and material calculation, it becomes easier and less bureaucratic to use other software on the market.
