Overall Satisfaction with Autodesk 3ds Max
3ds max is used to block in proportion models. it is a fast and easy-to-use modeling program. I also use it to animate and show off models for design purposes. the fact it can do all of this and is widely used makes it invaluable for us as a team.

- could do with Nurbs modelling functions
- have a plugin to make controls like Alias
- speed
- ease of use
- faster to block in initial design models
Maya is an overall better rendering program.
