Overall Satisfaction with Autoklose

As the owner of a specialized consulting firm, I'm constantly emailing prospects and potential customers. I chose Autoklose because of its ability to create and pre-program email sequences that will contact customers at the exact time and on the days that I choose in advance. Autoklose is very easy to learn, it's user-friendly, and it has allowed my business to start from scratch and reach great highs because of my ability to email many customers without manually sending emails every day.

Cons

  • No integration with LinkedIn
  • No ability to program communication via LinkedIn or other apps
  • Easy to use but basic compared to its competition
  • 5x more meetings booked because I was reaching out more often to clients
  • 3x more revenue achieved from reaching more clients
  • 2x more emails opened because I didn't have to do everything manually
They're quick to respond, and their service agents are fantastic, but they seem limited in what they're allowed to approve. They always seemed to need to speak with their managers, especially after their acquisition, when they seemed to become more corporate and less customer service-focused. Overall I was happy with them, but there's still room for improvement.
Very easy to use interface, helpful and intelligent help pages with good FAQs and ideas for helping customers through common questions and issues. Jelena is excellent at responding to customer service needs and questions, we need more people like her in the business world, and I hope that she stays with Autoklose for a long time because she's awesome!
Autoklose was very reasonably priced compared to the three competitors that I reviewed, but the features were far less robust than Outreach, so I ultimately decided to leave Autoklose after some time. And I went with Outreach, but I still had a great experience with Autoklose, and I'm able to give them great scores for their product and their service. Salesloft was less robust, and Mailshake wasn't sophisticated enough for my needs.

If someone only runs a campaign using email and telephone communication, Autoklose is perfect, and I highly recommend it.

If someone uses a more diverse set of tools and wants a more complex type of sequence, Autoklose does not allow their users to program communication tools that some other tools and software allow.
