We use it mainly to patch windows devices. We do both first and third party patching. We also use to it remote in to client machines when they are having problems. Finally, we use Automox to collect data about each device such as administrators, applications and last logged on date. It is nice that Automox makes it easy to install new apps on devices.

We switched from outsourced IT to in house with Automox. We no longer need someone dedicated who solely works on patches and runs reports
