We use Automox to automate the process of patching and remediating vulnerabilities for our Windows and macOS devices and third-party software, automatically enforce device configurations to be in compliance, track inventory across corporate devices, report on the vulnerability status of corporate devices, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices and the remote-control module.

We almost immediately experienced a significant reduction in time spent chasing down users to update out-of-date software and a significantly easier time ensuring applications are installed and patching as needed compared to relying on mobile device management tools such as Jamf and Intune.

Automox makes it very easy to keep every endpoint automatically configured, patched, and secured, no matter where it is located, on a somewhat set-it-and-forget-it schedule. We have had great success keeping our software updated, and it has been a very helpful tool for passing security assessments, such as SOC II and others.
