Kandji has proven to be a valuable solution for users seeking to simplify Mac device management. Users have found the software particularly helpful for tracking company-owned devices and streamlining the onboarding process. With Kandji, automatic enrollment becomes effortless, and time-consuming manual device setup is eliminated. The software also offers significant benefits in terms of ensuring device security compliance, managing inventory, and providing a secure macOS experience. Moreover, Kandji offers features such as remote support, app deployment, policy enforcement, and mobile device management. Users appreciate the ease of managing their Mac fleet and the time-saving aspect of the platform. Additionally, Kandji's user-friendly interface allows for efficient offboarding processes and helps IT teams resolve user issues quickly. The ability to deploy bespoke apps without user login is another key use case that customers find valuable. Overall, Kandji provides a comprehensive MDM solution that simplifies device management while meeting security requirements and saving time for IT professionals.

Users highly recommend Kandji for managing Apple devices, praising its ease of learning, management, and personalization. They suggest starting a trial to experience the product and mention its excellent sales/demo process and pricing. The support team is mentioned as helpful, and users suggest taking advantage of their assistance. Comparing Kandji to big-name competitors, it is recommended for its powerful and robust Apple MDM solution. Some users suggest considering Kandji as an alternative to Jamf, pointing out a decline in Jamf's quality and customer service. It is also advised to check if the directory service supports Passport for extra value. Users believe Kandji offers the best value and feature set for businesses of any size. Careful comparison with similar software is recommended before making a decision. Users suggest paying for additional engineering assistance if needed and taking advantage of Kandji's onboarding services for smoother implementation. However, users advise monitoring scalability and prioritized features as Mac management becomes more complex. Overall, Kandji is viewed as an incredible product that surpasses competitors and offers unparalleled offerings.

Kandji is a really awesome product for managing your fleet of Apple devices. They make management a breeze! With auto-apps, easy-to-configure settings and features like auto rotating FileVault keys, your fleet will be ultra secure! I hated JAMF, but loved a former product called Fleetsmith. Apple acquired Fleetsmith and shut the entire product down. Kandji is the next-generation Fleetsmith (and much, much more). I really love working with the Kandji team! Support is amazing. They've even written scripts for me in a pinch! Super fast, super knowledgeable.
