Overall Satisfaction with Automox
Automox does a better job of patching than any other product I have used including Microsoft System Center. What I really like about Automox is the ability to use the built in AI to resolve issues, make configuration changes, uninstall unsupported applications and other automated tasks. During the last couple of external audits, we were even told that our environment is the cleaned the auditors have seen.

- At times I would like a job to run more than once a day instead of creating more jobs
- When I write something to gather information I would like a report from all of the servers instead of needing to find the results per server
- Reduces time spent manually fixing vulnerabilities.
We have a higher success rate with Automox.
Automox is by far the easiest to use and does a better job patching. The built in AI tool is a real time saver making writing Powershell scripts quick and easy.
