Overall Satisfaction with Automox
Our company relies on Automox for application and operating system patching, which ensures that our machines remain compliant and secure. We also take advantage of its reporting and scripting features, enabling us to execute specific tasks on endpoints as necessary. Personally, my team utilizes the remote access feature, which is very helpful for troubleshooting and providing remote assistance.

Cons
- Remote assistance/control feature connection issues
- Vague pop ups for endusers that cause confusion
- Little visibility into what apps are updating or when an endpoint will restart
- We were able to cancel our other remote access tool contract
- Improved security by patching older applications
- increased efficiency through visibility, preventing us from using separate tools to run reports and cross data
Our company observed a great improvement in our overall security posture. The support team saved a considerable amount of time no longer manually updating applications. Now we are able to track compliance and identify any remaining vulnerabilities easily with the dashboard. There has definitely been an improvement in our efficiency.
We chose Automox for it's clean/easy to use UI, remote control capabilities, and automation/patching. The balance of effectiveness and cost made it the best choice for our org
