Overall Satisfaction with Auvik
Auvik gives immense amounts of insight into your network when configured properly. Greatly cuts down on troubleshooting times and great alerting response time as well. Due to our environment lacking UPS's in most racks - Auvik is able to give us a heads up about an outage before end-users and mitigate it appropriately. The incredibly capable product that's always being improved on. Don't see myself engineering a network without it if I can help it.

Auvik deployment is 100x easier and the integration was a breeze. Spun up the collector and was getting useful data within the hour. Far less needed to configure compared to other solutions and the support has always been speedy and knowledgeable
