Overall Satisfaction with Auvik
We currently use Auvik to monitor network traffic throughout our district. Before Auvik, we were made aware of outages by users when they had no connectivity. Now with Auvik, we can get in front of issues and give our users a better experience. This has been a game-changer in our eyes!
- The interface is excellent.
- Technical support is always helpful.
- Training portal is a great help.
- Purchasing the product could be easier.
- More integration with platforms such as Slack.
- More exposure at conferences and showcases.
- We have better collaboration internally with the built in Slack integration.
- We have better response time to the issues we experience on a week to week basis.
- We have more knowledgeable team members because of the access to Auvik's training portal.
There are some monitoring capabilities with just the Windows Suite, however, Auvik has so much more! Again like I have mentioned previously. The Slack integration, the training portal, the support, and even the quarterly check-ins have been great added bonuses. Not to mention Windows tools just do not cut it when compared to Auvik.
