Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

Avalara makes sales tax compliance in Louisiana a breeze and has saved my team hours in back-office work. It integrates seamlessly with our G/L system for maximum efficiency.

Pros

  • Communicates with me, timely advising of any actions that need to be taken.
  • Provides a nearly automated sales tax compliance service.
  • Is easily accessible.

Cons

  • Setting up Returns could have had better communication.
  • Would prefer a per-return pricing on a pay as you go basis.
  • Would have liked a user manual in PDF form.
  • Saves on staff time.

I would have liked to have been walked through setting up the Returns service.
