Overall Satisfaction with Avalara
Avalara has a whole suite of products that helps manage our compliance. At our company we have to file in multiple states and jurisdictions. AvaTax seamlessly allows us to add new states or jurisdictions. This was particularly helpful in 2019 when we added 70+ towns/cities in Colorado to our sales tax remittance schedules. It's nice to reconcile Avalara and trust that they will file in all the areas we request. Our AP department uses CertCapture to organize 1099s, which they love since you can run scheduled campaigns to get updated forms.

We thoroughly enjoy Avalara Returns. It makes month end so much quicker and easier for our small department. We also just started using CertCapture for wholesale exemption certificate management. It's great that you can have campaigns to automatically update the documents.
