We use Avalara Returns to obtain sales tax rates, provide our Customer Service Department with sales tax quotes and manage 36 states transactional data to build and file sales & use tax returns.
  • Provides accurate rooftop sales tax rates.
  • Collects transactional data for building returns.
  • Timely submit returns to individual states.
  • Needs to ensure there are not unnecessary prepayments submitted.
  • Tech Support needs to verify support tickets have been properly resolved prior to closing a ticket.
