Overall Satisfaction with Avanan

We are using Avanan for comprehensive email security, as well as security for our cloud system (Google Workspaces).

  • I don't have any issues with Avanan, so far

  • The DLP reports are quite useful and help us understand where data is leaking due to old workflow protocols
We felt that Avanan was a better solution with easier implementation and better cloud management. Liked the fact that Avanan uses an API versus a gateway, for more direct access to the Gmail and Drive, even after the delivery.

Super easy to deploy and configure. Great customer support and helpful technicians. They also offer a 2 week trial period that is seamless and transparent to the end users. I like the way it integrates into Google via an API and removes the need for a redirect/proxy.

Using Avanan

135 - All functions within the business. The use of Avanan is domain wide. All Google accounts are covered.
1 - We only have one IT Admin and that is me. I support all people and devices. Overall, I find the admin console very easy to use.
  • We are hit with a lot of Phishing campaigns, so Avanan has been really great at blocking 99% of them.
  • Data loss prevention is becoming more and more important for us and the Avanan system gives us great insight into our Drive usage and potential data loss.
Ease of use, superb AI for protection, reasonable pricing.

Using Avanan

Super easy to use as an Admin. Setup and configuration are easy and very user friendly. Customization is also clear and easy to manage.
